aabplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at aabplay's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the aabplay Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. aabplay employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. aabplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. aabplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
aabplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Players must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). aabplay does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements.
aabplay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, aabplay reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.
Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or payment-method restrictions. aabplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, aabplay reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant wager amounts to the players' Accounts. aabplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
aabplay is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's side. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aabplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
aabplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aabplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The aabplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aabplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You may close your aabplay Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
aabplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account; or you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
